    Introducing the menu You can use the on-screen menus to set the picture quality, sound, and other settings. You can use buttons on both the remote commander and the TV to operate the menus. Getting back to the previous menu Move the cursor (z) up to the first line of each menu (except the main menu), and press ENTER.
