Connecting a Mouse or External Keyboard

You can connect a mouse or external keyboard to the PS/2 port. Use
the standard Windows 98 properties screen to make mouse settings.

Connecting a USB Device

Use the USB port to connect separately available USB compatible
device.

Connecting an RS-232C Peripheral

The RS-232C port, which is named COM1 under Windows 98, can be
used to connect serial device. Note that you cannot use the
RS-232C port while the built-in modem is enabled. Use Mobile
Cockpit to switch between the built-in modem and the RS-232C port.

Connecting a Printer

Use the parallel port to connect a separately available printer or other
parallel device. This port is named LPT1 under Windows 98.
