2) Disconnect the interface cable from the connector (if connected). 3) Remove the 3 torx screws on top with a torx screwdriver (Torx T10). 4) Remove the top from the AvaSphere-50-LS-HAL-12V. 5) Remove the 2 torx screws located next to the bulb with a torx screwdriver (Torx T10). - Page 9 8) Remove the bulb clamp from the removed bulb. 9) Replace the bulb clamp in the same direction onto the new bulb. 10) Place the new bulb inside the AvaSphere-50-LS-HAL-12V. NOTE: Do not touch the glass of the halogen bulb with bare hands! 11) Reconnect the connector of the bulb into the connector on the PCB.
- Page 10 12) Replace the 2 torx screws aside the bulb. 13) Replace the top back onto the AvaSphere-50-LS-HAL-12V. (avoid cables getting stuck in- between) 14) Replace the 3 torx screws on top. 15) Reconnect the power connector and interface connector (if applicable).
