2 Beschreibung Handbedienungen Für das Rotadorm Care gibt es eine Kundenhandbedienung für den täglichen Gebrauch (Abbildung 2) und einen Service Handschalter V1 (Abbildung 3) für die Initialisierung der Steuerung und Motoren und zur Programmierung der Aufstehparameter. 2.1 Funktionen der Kundenhandbedienung Das Bett wird über eine 6-reihige Kundenhandbedienung gesteuert. Die oberen fünf Reihen unterstützen die einzelnen Motoren und die letzte Reihe steuert den Programmablauf zum Aufstehen aus dem Bett und den Wechsel der Sitz-/Liegeposition im Bett. Die ausgefahrene Endposition zum Aufstehen und die Sitzposition während des Drehvorgangs können mit der Service-Handbedienung V1 detailliert programmiert werden. -

2.2 Funktionen der Servicehandbedienung Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Bettes oder nach dem Austausch von Steuerung, Motoren oder anderen elektrischen Komponenten muss das Bett neu initialisiert werden. Dazu müssen Sie jeden Motor (nicht den Drehmotor) für 5 Sekunden starten und in jede Endposition zurückfahren. 3 Programmierung 3.1 Programmierung der Parameter der Sitzposition Mit Hilfe der Service-Handbedienung V1 können der Nacken-, Kopf-, Knie- und Beinteilmotor sowie der Höhenmotor bewegt werden. (Oberen fünf Reihen des Handschalters) Der Drehantrieb darf für den Ausstieg nicht bewegt werden und muss in der Endposition verbleiben, die Liegefläche wird in Bettrichtung gedreht! 3.3 Programmierung der Parameter für die Liegeposition Mit Hilfe der Service-Handbedienung V1 können der Kopf-, Knie- und Beinteilmotor sowie der Höhenmotor bewegt werden. 3.5 Montage der Bett-Verlängerungen Das Rotadorm Care kann ich den Längen 200 cm, 210 cm und 220 cm verwendet werden. Dazu sind neben unterschiedlich langen Holz-Seitenholmen auch auf eine korrekte Montage der Fußteil- Verlängerung zu achten. (vgl. 3.5.3 Option 3 Abbildung 12: Montage der Fußtraverse (220 cm Liegeflächenlänge) Die Fußteilverlängerung ist bei der 220 cm Variante entsprechend Abbildung 12 in das Liegeflächenrohr einzustecken. Die Federholzleiste zeigt dabei nach oben. Die Fußteilverlängerung ist dabei in einem Abstand von 5 cm zu montieren. Es sind hier die oberen zwei Bohrlöcher für die Verschraubung vorgesehen. -

4 Wechsel der Drehrichtung Beim Rotadorm Care kann die Drehrichtung durch ein paar einfache Montageschritte von links auf rechts oder andersrum geändert werden. Dazu gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor. In Abbildung 14 sehen sie ein Rotadorm Care mit der Drehrichtung rechts. Dieses soll nun auf die Drehrichtung links (vgl. -

5 Montage der Endschalter Wird das Drehsitzbett mit einer Sondermatratze der Höhe 14 cm ausgeliefert (Artikelnummer: SI- 500-3, SI-500-4, SI-500-5), dürfen die Seitenholme nicht als Schutz zum Herausfallen des Patienten verwendet werden. Die Seitenholme werden mitgeliefert, dürfen allerdings nicht verwendet werden. Die seitlichen Endschalter werden in diesem Fall unterhalb der Liegefläche montiert, da diese nicht verwendet werden. -

2. Überprüfen Sie, ob die ACL Absperrbox “An“ oder „Aus“ ist. Die ACL Absperrbox sperrt bei „Aus“ die Bedienung über den Handschalter. Die Absperrbox befindet sich unterhalb der Liegefläche. 3. Überprüfen Sie das Handschalterkabel auf Quetschstellen. Beim Handschalterkabel kann es bei fehlerhafter Bedienung zu Quetschungen kommen, welcher durch Einklemmen in den Liegeflächen hervorgerufen werden kann. -

2 Description of hand controls For the Rotadorm Care there is a customer hand control for daily use (Figure 2) and a service hand control V1 (Figure 3) for initializing the control box and motors and for programming the stand-up parameters. -

2.1 Function of the customer hand control The bed is controlled by a 6-row customer hand control. The upper five rows support the individual motors and the last row controls the program sequence for getting out of bed and changing the sitting/lying position in bed. The extended end position for getting up and the sitting position during the turning process can be programmed in detail with the V1 service hand control. -

2.2 Function of the service hand control When starting up the bed for the first time or after replacing the control box, motors or other electrical components, the bed must be reinitialized. To do this, you must start each motor (not the turning motor) for 5 seconds and return it to each end position. -

3.5 Mounting the bed extensions The Rotadorm Care can be used in lengths of 200 cm, 210 cm and 220 cm. For this purpose, in addition to wooden side rails of different lengths, it is also necessary to ensure correct assembly of the footrest extension. -

4 Changing the direction of rotation With the Rotadorm Care, the direction of rotation can be changed from left to right or vice versa by a few simple assembly steps. To do this, please proceed as follows. Figure 14 shows a Rotadorm Care with the direction of rotation on the right. This is now to be changed to the left-hand direction of rotation (see Figure 15). -

5 Mounting the limit switches If the Rotadorm Care is delivered with a special mattress of height 14 cm (article number: SI-500-3, SI-500-4, SI-500-5), the side rails must not be used as protection against the patient falling out. The side rails are supplied, but must not be used. In this case, the side limit switches are mounted below the lying surface, as they are not used. -
