Announcing Visitors
To have the electronic chimes sound
when someone opens the door, simply
set the slide switch to Chime.

Alarm Mode
When you do not expect visitors, set the
slide switch to Instant. If someone opens
the door, a piercing alarm sounds for 90
seconds or until you enter the security
code.

Note: After 90 seconds, the alarm resets
to sound again the next time the door
opens.
When leaving your house, remember to
first set the slide switch to Off. Then,
open the door, set the slide switch to
Delay, and leave the house, closing
the door behind you.
When you return, you must enter the se-
curity code within 8 seconds or the alarm
will sound.
Panic Alarm
To immediately sound the alarm without
opening the door, press
alarm sounds for 90 seconds or until you
enter the security code.

Note: After 90 seconds, the alarm resets.
Turning the Alarm Off
To turn off the alarm and the electronic
chimes, simply set the slide switch to Off.

Notes:
• You can still use
switch set to Off.
• You cannot set the slide switch to Off
to silence the alarm. You must enter
the security code, wait 90 seconds
for the alarm to stop sounding, or
remove the battery.
