Have changed phones and much later realised the smartlock holds more records than my phone. have tried to reenter missing names but lock seems to have a lot of names and numbers which arent revealed and in a number of cases says number already recorded but where. How can I remove old numbers from memory. How can I retrieve hidden data?
To remove old numbers (users, passcodes, RFID cards) from the Sylvan SL36E smart lock:
1. Perform a full factory reset:
- Replace the batteries with four fresh 1.5V AA Alkaline batteries if needed.
- Long press the reset button beneath the battery case for 5 seconds until you hear: “Please Input Initialisation Passcode.”
- Input the code “000#” on the keypad.
- This will clear all previous users and data from the lock’s memory.
Hidden data cannot be retrieved once a factory reset is done, as it erases all stored information.
