GENERAL SAFETY RULES
3) Disconnect the plug from the power source before
making any adjustments, changinng accessories, or
storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures
reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
4) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or
these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools
are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
5) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding
of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition
that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged,
have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
6) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained
cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to
bind and are easier to control.
7) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in
accordance with these instructions and in the manner
intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into
account the working conditions and the work to be
performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
form intended could result in a hazardous situation.
• SERVICE
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair personnel
using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that
the safety.
If this Tool fails due to a defect in material or workmanship,
return it to Authorized Service Center.
SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR ROUTERS
1. Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces only,
because the cutter may contact its own cord. Cutting a
"live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the power
tool "live" and could give the operator an electric shock.
2. Use clamps or another practical way to secure and
support the workpiece to a stable platform. Holding
the work by your hand or against the body leaves it
unstable and may lead to loss of control.
• Inspect for and remove all nails from lumber before
operation. Following this rule will reduce the risk of
serious personal injury.
• Wear ear protection in continuous working time.
• Take care when fetch the milling cutter.
• Make sure the transparent guard secure installed
before operation.
• When operation, keep hands away from the rotating
parts and hold the trimmer firmly still.
• Running the tool no loaded for at least 1 minute in a
protection area when using the new cutter for
the first time.
• Save these instruction. Refer to them frequently
and use them to instruct others who may use this tool.
WARNING
Some dust created by power drilling
contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth
defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples
of these chemicals are:
• lead from lead-based paints
• arsenics and chromium from chemically reacted lumber.
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how
often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to
these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work with
approved safety equipment.

OPERATION

1) POWER SUPPLY
Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Do not use any
adapter plugs with earthed power tools, Check the power
supply, operation power should be a little less than rated
power says on the name plate.
2) CHANGING OF MILLING CUTTER
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, always unplug
the tool and make sure switch is turned off before any
assembly and adjustment.
WARNING
Do not screw the lock nut too tighten to
result in a bad effect on the chuck and inner wall of
spindle.
(1) Loosen the lock handle, discharge the transparent guard
carefully.
WARNING
When selecting a milling cutter, use the
right type for your job. For best performance, always
use sharp cutter.
NOTE: The highest speed of milling cutter fit for this edge
trimmer should not less than 29,000 rpm.
(2) Push the spindle lock button to lock the spindle. And then
insert the milling cutter directly into collet.
(3) Firmly tighten the lock nut to secure the milling cutter in
place by a wrench. And then attach the transparent guard
back.
NOTE: Ensure the correct collet is installed for the milling
cutter to be used. Always choose the right size collet to fit your
milling cutter.
(4) To remove the milling cutter just operate the reverse steps.
WARNING
Do not tighten the lock nut without a
milling cutter in place or you may break the centre piece
of the collet.

3) CUTTING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT

Loosen the lock handle, and then push the rubber roller
slightly to the desired depth. Make sure that tighten the
lock handle after each adjustment.
