Polarized Plug

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the
risk of electric shock, this plug will fit outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not
modify the plug in any way.
Solution
Set the on/off switch (C) to I.
Stop using the product but do not switch it off.
This allows the fan to accelerate the cooling
process. Wait for 10 minutes or longer to cool
down before resuming normal operation.
Remove, empty and install the paper bin
correctly in place. This product features a safety
power cut-off and does not operate if paper bin
is not in place.
The sensor of the product is located near the
centre of the feed slot. Feed directly into the
centre area to activate the motor (especially
applies to smaller pieces of paper or credit
cards).
Deactivate the "AUTO" mode.
Clean the sensors of both feed slots with a dry
cotton swab.

Deactivate the "AUTO" mode.
Activate the "Reverse" mode to eject the paper.
Spread and loosen the paper with a thicker
piece of paper. Activate the "Forward" mode to
shred the paper again.
For situations where "Reverse" mode does not
help, loosen the jammed paper with shredder
oil. Drizzle some oil into the feed slot where
the paper is jammed. Let it soak for about
30 minutes and repeat the procedure.
