Work with the burner in clean places, away from flammable or greasy materials and use eye and hand protection. When the burner is
not to be used for a long time or for transport, the gas container must be removed.

OPERATION

Installation of the gas container
The burner is designed for use only in 190 g cartridge gas containers according to EN 417 with a piercable membrane. Other models
of gas containers or containers that do not comply with EN 417 are not permitted.
Install the gas container outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Keep a distance from fire or heat sources and bystanders. First close the
gas valve by turning the control knob in the direction marked „-". Make sure that the needle and gasket are not damaged or worn. If
any signs of wear or damage to these components are observed, the installation of a gas container is prohibited. Unscrew the clamping
ring in the cartridge casing. Then insert the gas cartridge and tighten the clamping ring in a smooth motion until you hear a puncture
in the gas cartridge membrane. Continue to tighten the ring to the stop.
Warning! It is forbidden to use the burner with an improperly installed gas container. Make sure there are no gas leaks, preferably
with soapy water. It is forbidden to work with a burner in which a gas leakage was found.
Burner operation
Make sure there are no gas leaks before starting operation. In order to start the burner, turn the adjustment knob in the direction
marked with „+". Then set the gas on by pressing the button built into the burner handle. Adjust the flame using the adjustment knob.
After lighting the gas, it is advisable to wait about one minute until the burner heats up, which should be in a vertical position. The flame
of gas should be observed during this time. In the initial phase there may be a slight phenomenon of flickering. If it does not go out
spontaneously, extinguish the flame and contact the manufacturer. If the flame colour changes from blue to orange, the burner must
also be returned to an authorised service centre
Warning! Do not put down or heat the burner when it is lit.
Burner extinguishing
To extinguish the burner, turn the adjustment knob in the direction marked „-" until the resistance occurs. Then the flame will go out
spontaneously. Allow the burner to cool down completely.
Warning! It is forbidden to immerse or pour water over the burner for cooling purposes.
Disconnect gas container
The gas container can only be disconnected when it has been completely emptied. Otherwise, gas may automatically escape from the
punctured membrane container, unless the container has a safety valve. To do so, turn the adjustment knob in the direction marked „-"
until it stops. Wait until all burner components have completely cooled down. Then unscrew the lower mounting ring in the tank casing
and then remove the gas container from the burner.
Maintenance
Clean the device with a damp cloth. Larger dirt should be cleaned with soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners. In case of any mal-
functions or contamination of the nozzle, stop using the burner and contact the manufacturer's service point. It is forbidden to modify
the burner and to clean the nozzle by yourself, especially with sharp objects.
Storage
Store the device in an upright position in a dry and well-ventilated place, inaccessible to unauthorised persons, especially children.
