Having trouble connecting?
If you're unable to connect with the previous steps, try the
following AP Mode connection.
With the device already in pairing mode, repeat the step
(long pressing the control button) for 10 seconds, until the
green indicator light begins flashing slowly.
Note: After 5 seconds, the light may flash quickly, but
continue holding until it flashes slowly. This is important
for AP Mode connection.
Using AP Mode to add device

Once registered, tap "+" in the upper right corner of the app's home page to add a
new device through the network.

Select the product type from the list of options in the app (Sensor > Smoke Alarm),
and then select "Other Mode" from the top-right corner when asked to reset the
device.
