2.3.2 Risk of burning and scalding Warning The water heated in this appliance, the coffee and the frothy milk can get very hot. Please observe the following safety notices in order not to burn or scald yourself or others. ► Do not keep any body parts under the spout / steam nozzle while the appliance is in operation.
2.3.3 Dangers due to electrical power Mortal danger due to electrical power! Mortal danger exists when coming into contact with live wires or subassemblies! 3.5 Setup location requirements: In order to ensure the safe and trouble- free operation of the device, the setup location must fulfil the following prerequisites: • Only use this device on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from water splashes and any heat sources.
4 Operation and Handing This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device. Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages: Warning Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene quickly in the event of dangers.

5.3 Rinsing programme for the outlet Perform the rinsing programme for the coffee outlet every day. Place a vessel under the outlet. Press at the same time for 5 seconds and the outlet is rinsed. Empty and clean the vessel. 5.4 Cleaning the coffee chamber Clean the coffee chamber at least once a month, more often if you use it very frequently.
