ANNOUNCEMENT SUPPORT
 Check fields in the displayed matrix to assign programs to
one or more clusters.
 The program linked to the sub-channel of the
announcement is assigned automatically.
 Once a program is assigned to a cluster, a status for the
announcement is displayed in the dashboard.
