Editing/Finalising Recording
Rename disc
The original disc name is generated
automatically by the DVD recorder. You
can change the disc name by following
the steps below.
Press TOP MENU, then use keys
A
to select { Rename Disc } and press OK.
The keyboard screen appears.
Use keys to highlight a
B
character on the keyboard and press OK
to select.
The maximum input is up to 9
characters.
You can use the following keys on the
keyboard screen to edit your input:
: to delete a character to the
BkSp
left of the cursor.
: to remove the character
DELETE
before the cursor.
: to create a space between
SPACE
characters.
: to toggle big and small caps.
CAPS
: to clear the entry field
CLEAR
completely.
To confirm your entry, select
C
the keyboard and press OK.
The info panel is now updated.
To cancel the changes, select
the keyboard and press OK.
TIPS: No further recording and editing can be carried out on a finalised DVD+R.
Press to go back to previous menu item. Press DISC MENU to exit.

Erase disc (DVD+RW only)
This erases the content of the
DVD+RW including those that was not
recorded on this DVD recorder. Once
the existing content is erased, it can be
used for recording.
Press TOP MENU, then use keys
A
to select { Erase Disc } and press OK.
A warning message will appear.

Record new title
This function allows you to start a new
recording at the remaining empty space
in the DVD+RW.
Press TOP MENU, then use keys to

select { Record New Title } and press
OK.
