REPAIR
B. Rear Wheel Replacement
Do not disassemble the castle nuts when you replace the rear wheels and hub
assembly.
Remove the cotter pin and then 24mm nut. Then slide off the wheel and hub assembly.
It is only necessary to remove the 4 lug nuts to remove the wheel. Tighten the nuts after
replacing the wheels.
C. Front Wheel Alignment
a.  The front wheels should toe-in from 1/8 to 1/4 inch. To check for alignment,
measure distance A and B between the centerline (CL) of the wheels. The
proper toe-in dimension A should be 1/8 to 1/4 inch greater than dimension B.
b.
To adjust the alignments, loosen the lock nuts on both sides of Front Tie
Rods. To make Dimension B smaller, turn the rod to left. Adjust the rod to right
direction to make Dimension B larger. After adjusting to the desired length,
tighten the lock nut against the rod end. Recheck the dimensions for proper
alignment.
