    The CO and H S versions of both the Single Gas Clip and SGC Plus do not require calibration for the life of the product. The detector should be bump tested before each day’s use with a known concentration of gas to confirm its ability to respond to gas.

    SGC and SGC Plus User’s Manual ALARMS When a particular gas has a Gas Reading (4) at, or above, its alarm thresholds, the Gas Identifier (5) icon will flash and the associated Alarm Condition (1) icon will display. During a calibration or bump test, the Calibration/Test Mode (2) icon will display when it is time to apply gas. The Battery Charge Level (3) is displayed in a 3 bar battery icon as well as a percentage.

    GCT recommends users of the O₂ Single Gas Clip to bump test the detector before using each day. Single Gas Clip Oxygen (O₂) detector factory default will prompt the user to calibrate the detector every 30 days.     SGC and SGC Plus User’s Manual Cleaning The detector can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth. Do not use solvents, soaps or polishes. A neutral cleaner, like Mat & Table Top Cleaner (by ACL Staticide) may also be used. The sensor screen may be cleaned with a soft brush under clean, warm water.
