Vent Control The vent control is located above the control knobs.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS POWER: Press the POWER keypad to turn the unit on/off. (The TIMER keypad controls the auto start/stop feature of the unit.) MODE: Press the "MODE" keypad to select the appropriate operating mode. The mode selection will alternate between AUTO, HEAT, COOL, FAN and DRY. The green indicator light beside the "MODE"...

DRY: This mode is used to decrease the humidity in the room. Under this mode, you cannot select a fan speed. The fan motor operates at LOW speed. Keep windows and doors closed for the best dehumidifying effect. COOLING: The temperature setting are adjustable between 17ºC to 30ºC.

Horizontal air flow adjustment (manually) To adjust vertical air flow direction of the up or low horizontal louvers, adjust any one of the up or low horizontal louver blades. Air Filter The air filter behind the inlet grille should be checked and cleaned at least once every 2 weeks (or as necessary) to maintain optimal performance of the air conditioner.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Select the best location 1. To avoid vibration and noise, make sure the unit is installed securely and firmly. 2. Install the unit where the sunlight does not shine directly on the unit. If the unit receives direct sunlight, build an awning to shade the cabinet. The awning is at least 15cm away from the air inlet at the top of the unit.

Step 3 Install the housing into the wall and secure. Ensure the foam seals are not damaged. Flash, seal or fill gaps around the inside and outside to provide satisfactory appearance and protection against the weather, insects and rodents. Installation Steps Step 1. Remove the front panel and the air filter Hold the tabs under the front panel, then uplift it outwards, and remove the front panel (See Fig.1). Pinch the handle under the air filter and make the air filter arched, remove it from the slot from underside to upside (See Fig.2).

Installation Steps Option: Power Cord Come Out from Left Side Step 1. Install the power cord 1. Pull the power cord to the left side straightly (See Fig.1C 2C.). 2. Wrap the PVC protecting sheath on the power cord with ribbing in the hole position (See Fig.3C).

Drainage To treat condensed water will be as follows: 1. Bottom drainage. Connect drain hose to the bottom drain tray. It will slightly affect cooling performance, but will reduce the noise caused by spraying the condensed water. Note: Only optional for models with bottom drain hole. For pump heating, the bottom drainage must be choosing.
TROUBLESHOOTING Troubleshooting Tips Save time and money! Review the chart below first and you may not need to call for service. Normal Operation You may hear a pinging noise caused by water being picked up and thrown against the condenser on rainy days or when the humidity is high.
Failure Indicator Display: Indicates a malfunction of the indoor room temperature sensor. Indicates a malfunction of the evaporator temperature sensor. Indicates a malfunction of the outdoor condenser temperature sensor. Indicates frosting protection (Turn off the unit and restart it to return to normal operation). Note: When one of the above malfunctions occurs, turn off the unit, and check for any obstructions.
