Troubleshooting

Investigate the "Problem" and apply the "Remedy" below.
If the problem still exists after following the remedy, contact an authorized service center.
Problem
Massage heads stops
suddenly.
(The beep sounds, the operation
display of the operation device
turns off and the operation stops.)
Cannot recline.
Legrest cannot be raised / lowered.

Massage heads does not come
to shoulder or neck position.
The height of the left and right
massage heads is different.
The unit will not operate at all.
zMassage of upper body (neck to
lower back)
zCalf / Sole massage
The massage heads and

It does not cool down even
if you switch off "DOUBLE
HEAT".
Even if

Cause and remedy
If excessive force is applied to the massage heads during
operation, in the interests of safety the action may stop.
When the movement of massage heads stops, please turn off the
power switch on the back of the main unit once, turn it "on" again
after about 10 seconds and operate. If it stops again, raise your
body slightly and try again.
(Please use especially carefully if you weigh more than 100 kg.)
If excessive force is applied during operation such as hitting
an obstacle, operation may stop for safety reasons.
If the back rest or legrest stops, please turn off the power switch
on the back of the main unit once, turn it "on" again after about 10
seconds and operate.
If the head and back are raised, the position of the shoulder
may be detected below its actual position during the shoulder
confirmation operation. Sit back, with you head against the
backrest, and start the massage from the beginning.
An alternating tapping method is employed, which means that this phenomenon
will naturally occur. There is nothing wrong with the unit.
The power plug has been disconnected.
