Split screen mode

Use split screen view
● Open the apps you want to split screens
● Tap , the recent apps button.
● In the recent list, tap one app and drag it up to where it says,
"drag here to use split screen." Then, click on the other app
you want to split screens with and you should now be able to
view both apps in one screen.
Exit split screen view
● Drag the black divider in between all the way up or down.
Use Picture-in-picture
With some apps, you can watch video in a small, movable frame
while you do other things. Use it when navigating with Google
Maps, too.
● When you're playing a video or navigating with Maps, tap
The video (or navigation) shrinks.
● You can drag the video (or navigation) anywhere on the
screen.
● To return it to full size, tap it twice.
● To close it, drag it to the bottom of the screen. Or, touch it,
then tap .
● To turn off Picture-in-picture for the app in use, touch it, then
tap and turn Allow picture-in-picture off
To see all apps that support Picture-in-picture:
● Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced.
● Tap Special app access > Picture-in-picture.
● To turn off Picture-in-picture for an app, touch it and turn Allow
picture-in-picture off .
