Drip tray
The drip tray should be placed before grilling. Do not perform these drip tray steps if you are
using any other cooking method (for example, boiling, barbequing).
1. Prop up the metal stand located on the bottom of the grill. This will allow the grill to
sit on an incline, allowing excess grease to flow into the drip tray.
2. Place the drip tray into the drip tray slot.
Using the racks
• If barbequing, place the low rack onto the heating surface and cook the food on the
rack.
• If you are cooking large quantities or in batches, you may use the high rack. Attach
the support legs to the high rack, then secure the high rack assembly into the low
rack. Put cooked food onto the high rack.
Note:
Cooked food can also be placed in the cool area of the grill. No heat is emitted in this
area.
