    USING ACCESSORIES Drip tray The drip tray should be placed before grilling. Do not perform these drip tray steps if you are using any other cooking method (for example, boiling, barbequing). 1. Prop up the metal stand located on the bottom of the grill. This will allow the grill to sit on an incline, allowing excess grease to flow into the drip tray.

    CLEANING & CARE The heating surface must be kept clean and protected from scratches. Ensure the power cord has been unplugged and the grill has cooled slightly before cleaning.
