SELECTING AND PLAYING THE VOICES (Sounds)

Your instrument has 354 sounds in the internal sound library, and 10 Drum Kits. (A drum kit is a
group of percussive instruments common to a style of music.)
The available sounds can be played or assigned to three different modes: Main Sound, Layer Sound,
Left Sound.
The best digital pianos will not only allow you to select and combine many different voices. It will
also allow you to "assign" voices to different areas of the keyboard. This ability allows you to
control and play more content. Think of a drum kit where many different drums are played by one
person. Many drum voices to choose from and many methods to control them.
