REAR COVER AND RU BOARD REMOVAL

CAUTION: Do not damage the Power Board Connector OR Power Supply Cord when removing the Rear
Cover. Refer to "Appendix A - Removing the Rear Cover" on page A-1
A Release Clips to detach Top R Bracket from Bottom R Bracket
B Release Clips and disconnect 1 connector to detach RU Board from Bottom R Bracket
C Slide Bottom R Bracket to left-side, then lift-up to detach from Rear Cover
D Remove screws from Rear Cover
5 from KDL-32EX729 Only
4 from KDL-40EX729 Only
6 from KDL-46EX729 Only
E Remove 1 screw from Terminal
Area position
F Remove 2 screws from Rear Cover
G Remove 2 screws from Rear Cover
H Remove screws from Rear Cover
7 from KDL-32EX729/40EX729
Only
5 from KDL-46EX729 Only
I
Remove 1 screw and release clips
from AC Cover to detach from Rear
Cover
(Refer to "Appendix A - Removing
the Rear Cover" on page A-1)
J Gently lift up Rear Cover form
bottom side to detach from Bezel
