  • Page 2 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mark out the parts from the plan (Page 7) on to the PVC plastic section (1) View from above Drill the 13mm hole diameter for the cab window and the holes for the axles (4mm diameter ) and the trailer coupling (3mm diameter ) before ø3mm any sawing any of the other parts.
  • Page 3 INSTRUCTIONS 5. Saw the 200mm threaded rod (3) into 55mm sections as shown in the plan .Clean up the saw cuts with a workshop file . 6. Insert a countersunk head machine screw ( 4 ) from under- 7. Thread a wheel (14) on the end of each axle so that they neath through the 3mm hole and wind on 3 nuts ( 5) from are all equally arranged and will rotate easily ! above then contra tighten them in position .
