Machine cleaning

Deposits can lead to malfunctions of
the appliance, e.g. due to food
residues and limescale. To avoid
malfunctions and to reduce the
formation of unpleasant odors, it is
recommended to clean the device at
regular intervals.
Machine cleaning, in combination with
machine care products and machine
cleaners, is the right program for
cleaning the device.

For optimum cleaning performance,
the program doses the cleaners
separately from each other in the
respective cleaning phase. This
requires the correct placement of the
cleaning agents.
If the Machine Cleaning indicator on
the control panel lights up or the
display prompts you to do so, perform
the Machine Cleaning without any
dishes. After you have performed
Machine Cleaning, the indicator will go
out. If the device does not have a
reminder function, we recommend
that you perform the machine
cleaning every 2 months.
