Problem
An acoustic signal sounds

You touched 2 or more
sensor fields at the same

damaged.
You covered the control
panel.
You use a very tall pot
which blocks the signal.
The zone is hot.
The highest heat setting is

Power management oper‐

The cookware is too large
or you put it too near to the

The sounds are deactiva‐
ted.
The cookware is in a
wrong position on the flexi‐
ble induction cooking area.
Remedy
Touch only one sensor
field.
Clean the control panel.
Remove the object from
the sensor fields.
Remove the object from
the sensor field.
If the zone operated suffi‐
ciently long to be hot,
speak to an Authorised
Service Centre.
Remove the object from
the control panel.
Use a smaller pot, change
the cooking zone or oper‐
ate the hood manually.
Let the zone become suffi‐
ciently cool.
The highest heat setting
has the same power as the
function.
Refer to "Daily use".
Put large cookware on the
rear zones, if possible.
Activate the sounds. Refer
to "Daily use".
Place the cookware in the
correct position on the flex‐
ible induction cooking
area. The position of the
cookware depends on the
activated function or func‐
tion mode. Refer to "Flexi‐

area".
