INsTAllATION
Note: If you are transporting your ATV you must follow all of
the steps below. If covering for storage only you can ignore
step 5 and, if storing indoors, step 6.
1. Cover any sharp points on your ATV with a cloth or sponge.
2. Place your ATV on the trailer or vehicle (do not tie your ATV
down to the trailer).
3. Locate the yellow "FRONT" label along the bottom hem of
your cover.
4. With the "FRONT" label at the front of your ATV pull your
cover over your ATV from front to back.
5. If you are trailering your vehicle, there are two slots in the
front of your cover for tie-down straps. Run your
tie-downs (not included) from the ATV, through two front
holes in the cover and
then down to your trailer
or vehicle. Run your
tie-downs (not included)
from your ATV, through
the opening at the back of
the cover and then down
to your trailer(Fig 1).
6. There are three compression
straps that tighten your cover to the
sides and front and back of your
ATV. These must be used when
transporting your ATV.
Clip an end of a compression strap
into one of the buckles on the side
of the cover (Fig 2). Thread the
unattached end of the strap through
the slot on the cover just below the buckle. Let the strap end
fall into the inside of your cover. Run the strap under your ATV
and up through the inside of the corresponding slot on the
opposite side of your cover. Clip the strap end into the buckle
above the slot. Repeat this procedure with the second side
compression strap. Run the third compression strap from
front to back, fitting the strap through the separations in the
cover.
7. Tension both compression straps to fit them securely to
your ATV. If you are transporting your ATV tuck any loose ends
of the sides straps into the cover slots.
