7.2.1. 방수대책
모터에 절삭유가 침투하지 않도록 모터커버와 몸체 사이의 연결부분에
O-RING 이 설치되어 있습니다.
모터커버 및 케이블 파손 때문에 절삭유가 모터커버로 들어가면
전기장치(모터, 솔레노이드 밸브 등)가 손상되므로 주의를 요하며 만약
손상되면 새 부품으로 즉시 교체해야 합니다.

주 의
NC 로터리 테이블을 공작기계에서 분리한 후 보관할 때에는 칩이나 절삭유
등을 깨끗이 제거한 후 정밀도를 유지하기 위해 안정된 목재 판에 올려 놓으
십시오. 테이블과 케이스에 방청유를 바르거나 목재 덮개 또는 비닐 덮개 등
으로 감싸십시오.
목재 판과 상자를 사용할 때에는 생재를 사용하지 마십시오. 생재는 화학적
으로 중성이 아니므로 파라핀을 적신 목재를 사용하십시오.

7.2.1. Waterproofing Measures

An O-ring is provided between the motor cover and main body to
prevent the cutting fluid from entering the motor.
If the cutting fluid enters the motor cover due to damaged motor cover
or cable, the electric devices (motor, solenoid valve, etc.) can be
damaged. Damaged parts/components must be replaced with new
parts/components immediately.

8. Storage

CAUTION
When storing the NC Rotary Table for a long period after separating it
from the machine tool, Remove chips and cutting fluid from the Table
completely, and put it on rigid wooden plate to maintain accuracy. Apply
rust preventive oil to the Table and case, or protect them with a wooden
cover, or wrap them with vinyl sheet. The wood plate and box must not
be made with green wood. Since green wood is chemically active, use
wood impregnated with paraffin.
