LIMITED WARRANTY

1. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS:

LG offers you a limited warranty that the enclosed subscriber
unit and its enclosed accessories will be free from defects in
material and workmanship, according to the following terms
and conditions:
(1) The limited warranty for the product extends for ONE(1)
year beginning on the date of purchase of the product.
(2) The limited warranty extends only to the original
consumer purchaser of the product and is not assignable
or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/end user.
LG offers a limited warranty for genuine LG battery
packs, extending six(6) months from the date of
purchase.
(3) This warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the
product during the warranty period as long as it is in
AUSTRALIA.
(4) During the limited warranty period, any defective LG
Product or parts will be repaired or replaced by LG or its
authorised service centre, at LG option, with new or
factory rebuilt replacement items. LG or the authorised
service centre, will return the Product to the Customer in
working condition. No charge for either parts or labour in
repair or replacement of the Product will be incurred by
the Customer. If parts, boards or equipment are replaced,
they shall become the property of LG. The external
housing and cosmetic parts of the Product shall be free
of defects at the time of purchase and shall not be
covered under these limited warranty terms.
(5) Upon request form LG, the consumer must provide
information to reasonably prove the date of purchase.
(6) The Customer will be bear the cost of transporting,
delivering and handling the Product to and from LG or its
authorised service centre.
(7) The benefits available from this limited warranty are in
addition to all other is in force form state to state.
