Replace 15V voltage regulators IC1 and IC2, and improve their heatsinking
Remedy
Replace any other components that have failed
Action Rework all units manufactured prior to date code 1402

1 Screw, M3, 8mm, fl at head, crosshead, silver/zinc
1 Nut with star lock washer, M3, 3.2 mm, hex
