Using the Egg Cooker

Steamer Function

Functions

The Egg Cooker allows you to:
• Fry 2 eggs max. (and other types of food, e.g. small strips of bacon, burgers).
• Boil Max 10 eggs (wash the egg to clean before use).
• Poach up to 4 eggs.
• Steam 2 omelettes
• The egg cooker can be used independently of the toasting function.
• Cooking time for eggs will depend on your desired style, as well as the size and
temperature of the eggs.
• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Use fresh water for boiling eggs or steaming.
• Fill the grill plate with water, the egg consistency depends on the water volume.
• Place the egg boiler tray upon the grill and place the eggs on each compartment
base. Lastly place transparent steamer cover lid on top of the egg boiler tray.
• Always wipe or brush the mini pan with cooking oil to pre-heat before use.
• Flip the switch to steamer or fryer function.
• The indicator light will turn on.
• As soon as the water is evaporated completely, the operation is done. Then turn the
rocker switch to Off position, and remove the transparent cover.
WARNING: Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
