    Detachable Crumb Tray Mini Ceramic Pan The SMART Breakfast Master has various features that make it a user friendly and convenient appliance. Additionally, when toasting your bread, you can select the desired level of darkness by adjusting the browning control knob.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The SMART Breakfast Master allows you to toast up to 2 slices of bread. Below are some general notes on toasting that you should be aware of before commencing to toast your bread: • Different types of bread have different browning requirements. For example, white bread should be toasted at a low level while darker bread requires toasting at a higher setting.

    Bagel Function Place the bagels in the toaster slots. Press down the lever. The cancel indicator light will turn on, indicating that the toaster is ready for use. Using the browning level knob, select the number that indicates how well done your toast should be.

    Boiling Eggs The maximum amount of eggs that can be boiled simultaneously is 10 eggs. Always use the egg boiler tray provided when boiling eggs. Do not add water after the egg cooking process has started. Pour water into the Mini Pan. Place the egg boiler tray on top of the mini pan, with the rubber rim facing downward.

    Grill functions Mini Ceramic Pan The mini ceramic pan can fry max. 2 eggs, as well as small thin cuts of meat (bacon, burger, ham etc) while toasting bread. Always wipe or brush the Mini Pan with cooking oil before use. For best results, preheat the Mini Pan for a few minutes to allow it to heat up before use.

    HANDY HINTS • Refrigerate eggs until ready to cook. • You will learn to adjust the water level to get your desired consistency. Add more for firmer eggs; less if you prefer softer eggs. • Eggs should be stored in the carton they were purchased in (or separate egg compartment) in your refrigerator to keep them from drying out and absorbing refrigerator odours.

    CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE Ensure the SMART Breakfast Master has cooled sufficiently and has been switched off and unplugged before cleaning. Mini Pan The Mini Pan has a non-stick ceramic surface that is durable and easy cleaning. Be careful when cleaning to avoid scratching and damaging the surface.
