Power supply not working

Camera or monitor not working
Volume is too low on calling tone
Monitor picture too dark
No picture on monitor
Interphone not work
Note : Use the system with AC/DC adapter supplied by the original
manufacturer.

CHECK POINT
Is the jack firmly inserted to
indoor monitor unit?
Is the installation wire of camera
unit, indoor monitor or DC power
supply firmly connected?
Is the polarity of wires matched
between outdoor camera unit
and indoor monitor properly?
Adjust the volume knob.
Adjust the contrast and/ or
brightness
Increase the brightness
Is the modular jack from handset
firmly inserted to indoor monitor?
