The choke is not required to start a warm engine.
When starting the warm engine, put the choke lever to
the original position.

Move the throttle lever slightly in the arrow direc-
tion.

Turn the engine switch to " " (ON).

Pull the recoil starter slowly until it is engaged,
then pull it briskly.
WARNING
Be careful to use the recoil starter. In rare cases,
the recoil starter handle can be drawn back quickly
by the engine kickback.

After the engine starts, warm up the engine
enough so that the engine does not stop when the
choke lever is returned to the original position.
