When controller is operating, the RUN contact is closed.
NO contact closes immediately on RUN, but delays 100ms
on dropout.
The FAULT NO contact closes and FAULT NC contact opens
for a shorted thyristor.
When NO contact closes, motor is running at 95% to 100%
of line voltage (after starting is completed).
