Description
-48V DC power supply to the
controller (A or B) is low or
missing. Under normal condition
power is shared between controller
cards.
Contact closure was detected on
the indicated alarm input (1,2, or
3). Alarm inputs can be wired to
the facility alarm system. Under
normal conditions the facility
alarm system should provide open
contacts to the alarm inputs.
Providing contact closure to an
alarm input results in this alarm.
Controllers do not support the
same functionality; for example,
one supports EOC/TMC and the
other does not.
(A or B), the remaining controller
card is now active.
Controller card software versions
do not match.
DS1 is receiving Line Code
Violations at a rate greater than
1.0 x 10-3. This indicates a weak
signal or faulty wiring.
