Recovery flowchart (1-1)...Changing the VOL OFFSET setting voltage

RST MASK 12 (Light blue)
Gradually increase the VOL OFFSET value until disappear the
discharge (lit cell).
The VOL OFFSET value must be 133 or less.

Is there erroneous discharge (abnormal dead cell)?
