Please use your Smartphone where reception is good to reduce the

when travelling (train or car)).
A reception icon indicates the quality of reception on your phone. A 4-

full display means that reception is good
Use of a pedestrian kit also allows the l e vel of exposure to be reduced.

To limit the bad consequences of the exposure to a prolonged radiation,

we advise teenagers to hold the phone away from their lower abdomen,
