Simple Carrots
Ingredients
1 bunch of carrots, washed and trimmed
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Fill and preheat the Sous Vide to 84 ºC.
Drizzle olive oil onto the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
Season the carrots with the salt and pepper, to taste.
Place the carrots in a cooking pouch and vacuum seal.
Submerge the pouch in water and cook for approximately 1 hour.
Remove from the pouch and serve.
