If you are having difficulties with the EasyTel 4G, the
following information may assist. If the problems persists,
contact Olitech.

When switching on
the phone, it
prompts enter
"Password" or
"PIN"
No ringtone is
sounded when an
incoming call is

Troubleshooting

Recommendation
The default password for the
device is 1122. The PIN is set by
the
SIM
incorrect attempts
password or PIN will lock the
device and the PUK code will
need to be obtained from the
Telecommunications company.
Check volume setting of ring
tone.
Check the phone is not in silent
mode.
Check whether the battery is
connected to the phone, check
whether the battery has
charge and check if the phone
is powered on.
