Connecting the optional CD
recorder
This connection is for the optional PDR-L77 CD
recorder. Please refer to the manual that came with the
unit for operation instructions.
1 Connect the AUX IN jacks of the CD
tuner to the ANALOG OUT jacks of the
CD recorder.
Use one set of the stereo audio cables supplied with the
CD-recorder.
2 Connect the SYSTEM CABLE jacks of
the CD tuner to the ANALOG IN jacks
of the adapter box supplied with the CD
recorder.
3 Connect the supplied mini-plug control
cord from the CD tuner (jack marked
FROM MODEL PDR-L77) to the CD
recorder (jack marked TO XC-L77).
4 Connect the optical digital output of the
CD tuner to the optical digital input of
the CD recorder.
Use the supplied optical digital cable to make the
connection.

Connecting the power

Before connecting the power and switching on for the
first time make sure that everything is connected up
properly.
1 Plug one end of the supplied power cord
into the AC INLET.
2 Plug the other end into a household
power outlet.

disques compacts en option
Ce raccordement concerne l'enregistreur de CD
PDR-L77 en option. Pour les instructions d'utilisation,
veuillez vous reporter au mode d'emploi qui
accompagne l'appareil.
1 Raccordez les prises AUX IN du tuner CD
aux prises ANALOG OUT de l'enregistreur
de CD.
Utilisez le jeu de câbles audio stéréo fourni avec
l'enregistreur de CD.
2 Raccordez les prises SYSTEM CABLE du
tuner CD aux prises ANALOG IN du
boîtier d'adaptation fourni avec
l'enregistreur de CD.
3 Branchez le câble de commande à mini-
fiche (accessoire inclus) du tuner CD
(prise portant l'indication FROM MODEL
PDR-L77) à l'enregistreur de CD (prise
portant l'indication TO XC-L77).
4 Branchez la sortie optique numérique du
tuner CD à l'entrée optique numérique de
l'enregistreur de CD.
Utilisez le câble optique numérique (accessoire inclus)
pour effectuer le raccordement.
Branchement à la source d'alimentation
Avant de brancher l'appareil à la source d'alimentation
et de l'allumer pour la première fois, assurez-vous que
tous les branchements sont corrects.
1 Branchez une extrémité du câble
d'alimentation (accessoire inclus) à la
prise AC INLET.
2 Branchez l'autre extrémité à une prise fixe.
