To bake potatoes in an Instant Vortex:

1. Prepare the Potatoes
- Prick each potato with a fork in three or four places.
- Rub the potatoes generously with oil (olive or avocado oil).
- Sprinkle sea salt and any other desired seasonings (such as garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper).

2. Preheat the Instant Vortex
- Set the Instant Vortex to bake at 400°F or air fry at 400°F.

3. Cook the Potatoes
- Place the potatoes on a tray without crowding.
- Bake or air fry at 400°F for about 40 minutes or until a fork easily goes in and out of the potatoes.

4. Serve
- Add your choice of toppings and enjoy.

Note: Cooking time may vary based on potato size. Pricking the potatoes is optional but recommended.
