Off-hook Monitor

You can make other users listen to the conversation through the built-in speaker,
while continuing the conversation using the handset.*
To set
During a conversation using
a handset
SP-PHONE
Press the SP-PHONE button.
* 1 This is only available during a conversation with the handset.

Handset Microphone Mute

You can turn off the handset microphone so you can consult privately with others in
the room. You will still be able to hear the other party.*

Paging

You can make a voice announcement to all people in the office through the
telephone speaker and external speaker at the same time.
