Lifting the weight: Press the toggle switch up and keep depressed during the
whole lifting process.
Lowering the weight: Press the toggle switch down and keep depressed
during the whole lowering process.
To stop the rolling process, release the toggle switch. It may also be stopped
automatically when the hoist reaches its maximal height.
Make sure the steel rope gets rolled equally on the drum when lifting the
weight. The reason for an unequal rolling is an inappropriate horizontal
position of the hoist. In this case, it is necessary to carry out the balancing of
the hoist. Then, fully unroll the rope (with the exception of the last three rolls)
to roll back again properly.
The rope of the hoist is marked red in the position where there are three
additional rolls. The steel rope shall never get unrolled past the red mark.
Emergency STOP Switch
The electric hoist is equipped with the Emergency Stop Switch.
Push the STOP Switch in case of a danger.
To allow the STOP Switch block, rotate it a quarter rotation clockwise.
6. Maintenance
- Warning! Make sure the tool is disconnected from a power supply prior
to any maintenance.
- Additionally: One cycle is described as one movement of the weight up
and down.
- The regular check is described as once every 100 cycles.
- Regularly check the proper functioning of the end-switches. The check
shall be carried out as following: When the maximal uproll limit of the rope is
reached, the stop lever is automatically activated. The engine shall stop at
this point (the test shall be carried out without a weight). When the steel rope
is unrolled to its maximal length, the lever of the maximal rope length is
activated. The engine shall stop at this point.
