Figure D Prepare Material Before Cutting Support large panels to minimize risk of blade pinching and saw kickback. Use the supplied Rip Guide (402) when ripping material by sliding it into the Base Assy. and tightening Wing Bold (58). See Figures F and G below.
If desired for a straight cut, slide the Rip Guide (402) into the side of the Circular Saw and tighten with Wing Bolt (58), or clamp a straight edge to the material to guide the saw on a straight path.
