CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE TO A GAS CYLINDER:
CAUTION:
- ALL WORKS MUST BE PERFORMED IN A WELL-VENTILATED PLACE IN A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OPEN FIRE AND

FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

1. Check that both hose fittings include gaskets. If gaskets are missing, add them.
2. Before connecting the hose to the gas cylinder, check the use and good condition of the gasket.
3. Check the gas cylinder connector for dirt or damaged thread. Remove any dirt. If the thread is damaged, do not
connect the cooker to the cylinder. Replace the damaged cylinder.
4. Screw the regulator and one-way valve (212822) with the gasket on the LPG cylinder turning clockwise and
tighten. When connecting, the valve and regulator must be in the closed position.
5. Connect the cooker to the gas cylinder using the gas hose in accordance with applicable regulations. Make sure
that all cooker burner control knobs are in the off position.
- Ensure that the hose is not twisted.
- The hose must not be damaged and must not be longer that 1.5 meters.
- The hose must comply with EN 16436 and the regulator must comply with EN 16129.
- Always use a low-pressure regulator to connect the cooker to a gas cylinder.
- Never use the appliance with a hose not compliant with standards.
- Do not place the cooker near flammable materials or objects sensitive to heat.
LEAK TEST:
- The leak test must be performed in a well-ventilated area.
- Make sure that all control knobs are in the off position. Open the gas control valve on the cylinder or regulator.
Check for leaks by brushing a solution of 1/2 water and 1/2 soap over all gas system joints, including all valve
connections, hose connections and regulator connections.
- NEVER USE AN OPEN FLAME for a leak test.
- If bubbles form over any of the joints, there is a leak. Turn off the gas supply, retighten all joints and repeat the
test.
- If bubbles still form, do not use the cooker. Please contact your local dealer for assistance.
- Perform the leak test annually, and whenever the gas cylinder is removed or replaced.

IGNITION INSTRUCTIONS:

- Make sure that all cooker burner control knobs are
in the off position.
- Open the gas cylinder valve fully.
- Press and rotate the respective control knob of the
burner to be ignited to the maximum position
clockwise.
- Adjust the flame as necessary. During preheating or
when moving the appliance the flame may shake.
The preheating time is about 1 minute.
- CAUTION: Do not move the cooker with ignited
flame.

SWITCHING OFF:

- Close the gas cylinder valve fully.
- Wait until the flame has gone out completely.
- Turn the respective control knob counterclockwise.
- Wait until the cooker has cooled down.
TO CHANGE THE GAS CYLINDER:
- The gas cylinder must always be replaced outdoors and always away from flames and/or flammable substances and
other people.
- Check that cooker burners are out and the gas cylinder valve is closed.
