Preventative Maintenance Schedule:

Every 40-200 Hours:
•
o If installed Check and clean air intake filter
o Max of 4 blast air filter cleanings
Grease Bearings Every 2000 Hours:
•
o Grease bearings while unit is running.
Vane Inspection and Dust Separator – Every 3,000 Hours:
•
o Check vanes for minimum height.
o Replace dust separation element
Maintenance:
A new filter should be installed if clogged

A new filter should be installed annually

Replace if at or close to min vane height value.

Check for improper wear or chipping of vanes.

