Before each intervention to the machine or its packaging, all operators using the machine must read and follow the instructions in the manual very carefully! Hydroscand Machine AB declines any responsibility for damage to persons, things or to the machine itself, arising from its incorrect use, negligence and/or superficial interpretations of safety concepts in this manual. -
Page 4: General Precautions
The skiving machine is designed, manufactured and protected for skiving hydraulic hoses with dimensions from 3/16” up to 2”. Any other use is excluded by Hydroscand Machine AB, who shall be exempted from any liability for damage to people, property or the machine itself, caused by the improper use of the machine. -
Page 5: The Equipment
When unpacking the machine make sure that the machine is in perfect condition and that the package is containing the parts described. Hydroscand Machine AB does not respond to any errors or missing parts that are NOT reported within eight (8) days from delivery. -

Then close the box and try to start the machine again. When the machine fails to start you must contact an electrician.
