7.2.1 Removal of rear cover and top cover moulding
There are 4 pan-head pozi screws on the base of the keyboard, which retain the back cover
moulding, and 6 pan-head pozi screws on the base of the keyboard, which retain the top cover
moulding.

7.2.2 Inspection of OCR window
To conduct a detailed inspection and cleaning of the OCR window, remove the rear 4 screws and
lift off the back cover. To ensure that the OCR window is not damaged it should only be cleaned
with soft, lint free material and a light alcohol. There are no user serviceable parts inside the OCR
engine. This is sealed on manufacture and should not be opened.
Only use Access Keyboards cleaning cards Part Number CARDCLEAN05. for best results.

When re-assembling the rear cover, be careful not to catch the bi-colour LED cable.
