OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
HEAD AND FOOT ADJUSTMENT (A,B,C,D)
• Adjusts the head and foot sections to the
desired positions.
BASE "FLAT" BUTTON (E)
• Return both head and food the flat position.
Safety
The input transformer voltage is AC120V 60HZ, the output voltage is DC24V 3A. When there
is a short circuit, a fuse on the transformer will automatically be blown in order to protect the
electrical equipment. When this occurs, the customer MUST seek professional assistance.
