Direct Ignition Gas Control with
Integrated 1:1 Regulator
APPLICATION
The VR9105V, F and VR9205V, F series gas controls with
1:1 gas/air regulator have been developed for application
in domestic appliances with premix burners and automatic
ignition. They have been optimized for direct ignition
applications. VR9105V and VR9205V series gas controls
with 1:1 gas/air regulator can be used alone in direct
burner ignition application. A plug with an integrated
rectifier circuit then has to be used on the gas control
when working with AC voltage.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
VR9105F and VR9205F series gas controls with 1:1 gas/
air regulator and integrated venturi manifold are gas/air
mixing units that allows modulation of a premix burner with
constant gas/air ratio. The modulation is accomplished by
changing the fan speed. The venturi generates a negative
pressure against ambient pressure by which the gas is
drawn through the gas valve outlet. Detailed information
about the Venturi Manifold can be found in the installation
instructions 69-2484EF.
